Custom Tile of Atlanta Reviews

Andre and his crew came highly recommended by our neighbors, who had recently completed a beautiful master bathroom remodel with Custom Tile of Atlanta. After seeing the quality of their work firsthand, we were very impressed. We live in Milton, GA, and it can sometimes be difficult to find honest contractors who charge fair market prices for home improvement projects. Andre came to our home on a Saturday evening to meet with my husband and me. He took the time to listen to our ideas, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest feedback about what would work best for our space. As promised, we received a detailed estimate the very next day. It wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but it wasn’t the most expensive either. After seeing the craftsmanship next door and meeting the crew while they were working, we felt completely comfortable hiring Custom Tile of Atlanta. Once we paid the deposit, the crew got right to work. About two weeks into the project, just as outlined in the contract, we made our second payment. A few days later, everything was completed except for the frameless shower enclosure, which took about another week to be custom fabricated and installed. When the shower glass was finally installed, our bathroom was complete—and it exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled with the final result and gladly paid the remaining balance. Bathroom remodeling isn’t always an easy process, but Andre and his team made it as smooth as possible. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. I would highly recommend Custom Tile of Atlanta to anyone looking for quality tile work or a beautiful bathroom remodel.

Andre did an great job retiling our shower! He made the process easy by providing knowledgable suggestions and brought samples to our home so we could see it in our space. He was patient and helpful when adjustments needed to happen and even came back a couple weeks later when we decided we wanted to change the pipe that the shower head was on. Would recommend for any tiling work needed.
